Kidspro warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof are proven defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date of original purchase; such defects will be repaired or replaced, at the Company’s option, without charge for parts or labor.
This warranty does non apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged through alteration, cleaning, maintenance, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, external causes, improper installation or unauthorized repair. This warranty only applies to non commercial use of this product and is not transferable or assignable.
This warranty is limited, exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and any obligation, liability, right, claim or remedy in contract or tort, whether or not arising from the company’s negligence, actual or imputed. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the company any other liability in connection with this sale of this product. In no event shall company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for more than the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Products purchased from kidspro.co come with a 30 Day Return Policy. If the product you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will need to cover the shipping cost when returning an item.
Due to health and safety reasons all returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original, unopened packaging. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for opened, damaged or incomplete product returns. If the product is not in original condition, please email us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary shipping costs. There is a 25% service and repacking charge for any items which are returned with damaged external packaging, so please take care when packaging any returns. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or a courier that provides tracking. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
